These general conditions of contracting expressly regulate the commercial relations between Scrypt Collective (hereinafter "Scrypt Collective") and users who purchase products through this website.

Scrypt Collective reserves the right to modify these general conditions at any time. However, any modifications will not affect purchases made before the change.

These terms comply with Australian consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

Product Information

The product descriptions, images, and videos on this website are provided as a guide. Slight variations in color, size, or design may occur due to the printing and manufacturing process. Size guides are indicative and may have a variance of up to 2 cm.

Pre-Purchase Information

Products are displayed by categories and subcategories. Users can click on each item to view a full product description, availability, and pricing details.

All prices are listed in AUD and include applicable GST. Scrypt Collective offers free shipping on all orders. Shipping time estimates will be provided at checkout.

Users should note that once an order has been placed, shipping information cannot be changed.

Purchase Process

Users can add products to their cart. The cart will update in real time as items are added or removed.
A discount code can be applied at checkout, if available.
Users must enter their shipping and billing details to proceed.
Payment is processed securely via available payment methods.
Once the purchase is completed, a confirmation email will be sent.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made via credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or other available payment options at checkout. Transactions are secured via SSL encryption to protect sensitive data.

If a payment is processed fraudulently or in error, users may request an immediate cancellation. However, if the purchase was made by the cardholder and the dispute is not due to withdrawal or refund eligibility, the buyer may be responsible for any losses incurred by Scrypt Collective.

Order Shipping

Scrypt Collective offers free shipping on all orders. Orders are shipped internationally, with an estimated delivery time of 5-10 business days after production. Production time for printed designs is 3-5 business days.

Users must enter a complete and correct delivery address. Once the order is shipped, a tracking link will be provided. Delivery delays due to incorrect addresses or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of Scrypt Collective.

Returns & Exchanges

Scrypt Collective does not accept returns due to change of mind, as all items are made to order. However, if a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost, and the customer may keep the original item.

To qualify for a replacement, customers must notify Scrypt Collective within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the issue.

Taxes & Duties

Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Scrypt Collective is not responsible for any additional customs fees or delays caused by international shipping regulations.

Scrypt Collective values customer privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. Data collected through this website is used solely for order fulfillment, customer communication, and marketing (with consent).

Personal information will not be shared with third parties except as required for order processing and legal compliance.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
