• All products are printed on demand and fulfilled internationally by a third-party provider.
• Production time: 3-5 business days before shipping.
Shipping Times:
• We offer free standard shipping within Australia.
• Delivery estimate: 5-10 business days after production.
Please note: These shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking:
• Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
• You can track your order through the carrier’s website or via the “My Orders” section on our website.
Shipping Issues:
•We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen circumstances.
•If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly.
* During collection launches, Black Friday Week and Christmas due to high demand concentrated in a few days, it is possible that shipments may suffer some delays.
