RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Order Cancellations:
•Orders can only be canceled before they enter production. Once printing has started, cancellations are not possible.
Returns & Exchanges:
•Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or printing error.
•If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
•Resolution: We will reproduce and re-ship your order at no additional cost, and you may keep the original item.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
•If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, reach out to us at scryptcollective@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
•We will reproduce and re-ship your order at no cost, and you may keep the original item if it arrives later.
Undeliverable Packages:
•If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it for a small additional fee.
